It is normal to see several strands of lose hair. Please follow hair care tips to lessen shedding. Our hair is cuticle intact to prevent tangling. If it tangles this is due to dryness, oil & dirt build up, salt water or chlorine. Please follow hair care tips.

• Longevity of hair? 

    Our hair extensions will last 1-3 years depending on proper hair care

• Do our units, frontals & closures come pre-plucked or bleached knots?

    Yes, our hair does come lightly pre-plucked & lightly bleached knots

• Is it good to get hair extensions wet in salt water or chlorine water?

We highly recommend not to get your hair extensions wet in this type of water because it can cause your hair to become very dry, tangle and matted. In an event to o get it wet we highly recommend washing and conditioning immediately. 

• Do we accept returns/exchanges?

   Yes do accept returns within 5 business days of receiving order

   Yes, our hair can be dyed/bleached all way up to blonde 27
